We had a great meeting at Newhaven Chamber of Commerce with breakfsst served by The Ship Hotel Newhaven

Members Nick and Paul talked about using video and reels for marketing demonstrated with footage from Swing Swing Swing, big band playing at Meeching Hall

I won the best 60 seconds this week for how I came to attend meetings...I really didn't think I had anything to offer a group of businesses but was persuaded to come along. My business has grown from a very part time role to a full time one with branches for expansion happening. Not just through referrals but from gaining useful tips on business as well as meeting some wonderful people ... some of them even share their home grown produce (thanks Victoria Novis they were very tasty)

I am at the end of my teaching course and I need 2 people (ideally known to each other and 16+) to be part of my mini teaching session.

The session will be 15 minutes long. There will be some questions to answer by email before the session. During the 15 minutes you will be taking part in a couple of learning exercises including to learn how to do a short arm and hand massage on each other.

It will be mostly be me on the screen and your faces do not need to be shown, I just need to show my teaching style and things I have considered for delivery and content

If you and a friend are available to do this over the next month please can you DM me and we can arrange the details. In return for you time I will credit you with 30 minutes towards your next massage

A great morning with the Newhaven Chamber of Commerce meeting new people , recommending LeForte Property Maintenance Ltd as they had done some little jobs around the house for us and hearing about whatnot members have been up to this week. Leather4craft won the Oscar for their excellent workshops. And big congratulations for the chamber for organising a fantastic awards event last Friday. Great to hear from Lisa of Ignite Theatre and Friends of Meeching Hall talking about the value of this community hall and the work they are doing to bring it into community ownership. Please look them up and contribute towards the much needed funds, they have a very short time to get all they need.
