A great morning with the Newhaven Chamber of Commerce meeting new people , recommending LeForte Property Maintenance Ltd as they had done some little jobs around the house for us and hearing about whatnot members have been up to this week. Leather4craft won the Oscar for their excellent workshops. And big congratulations for the chamber for organising a fantastic awards event last Friday. Check out the website for all the winners and the gallery.

Great to hear from Lisa of Ignite Theatre and Friends of Meeching Hall talking about the value of this community hall and the work they are doing to bring it into community ownership. Please look them up and contribute towards the much needed funds, they have a very short time to get all they need.

It was a busy networking day with some successful connections made.

Firstly at the Lion Networking Group with a fabulous curry lunch and then at the Newhaven Chamber of Commerce social event.

Both great groups with different networking approaches and opportunities.

As a small business these meet ups are a really important way of creating business referrals and making friends

Trying out some of the new make up range I sell, the mascara is still a winner with its dual
option of volume or length: great coverage and no flakiness

This time I'm showing the difference between no primer and the blur primer. I've used the same make up on top for better comparison.

On the left is the primer showing less redness, less gathering of make up under the eyes, smoother appearance, the make up stayed in place for a long day 7am til midnight (without it I felt the base needed reapplying after 4 hours) and my skin felt soft and moisturised without the worry of the make up sliding off

Fantastic morning with Newhaven Chamber of Commerce at The Ship Hotel Newhaven

It was visitors day and we had a packed room, great to see some new members joining , hear from new businesses, see lots of business being passed around and to hear from Paul and Norman about how they started the breakfast club 22 years ago

As well as people coming to me for massage I have learned so much from others in the room to help grow a successful business.
