We're excited to bring back our Meet The Team feature, starting with South Central Territory Manager – Anastasia.
▪️Q: What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy building long-term relationships with NHS teams and helping them find practical solutions that improve patient care while delivering value for money. Coming from a clinical background as an Operating Department Practitioner, it's rewarding to support clinicians with products that make a real difference in theatres and procedural areas.
▪️Q: What is the most important part of your role?
The most important part of my role is understanding each customer's individual needs and working in partnership with them to provide the right solutions. Building trust, offering reliable support, and delivering excellent customer service are key to creating lasting relationships.
▪️Q: How would you describe your approach to your work?
I take a proactive, honest, and collaborative approach. I believe in being responsive, listening carefully, and following through on my commitments. My clinical experience allows me to understand the challenges healthcare professionals face and provide practical, evidence-based support.
▪️Q: What do you enjoy most about being part of this team?
I enjoy being part of a supportive team that shares the same goal of providing high-quality products and exceptional service. Everyone is willing to help each other, share knowledge, and celebrate successes together.
▪️Q: What's an interesting fact about you that people might not know?
Before moving into medical sales, I spent over 16 years working in the NHS as an Operating Department Practitioner in operating theatres. That hands-on experience gives me a unique understanding of the clinical environment and the needs of healthcare teams.
▪️Q: If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?
I'd choose the ability to instantly solve problems. Whether it's helping a customer find the best solution, improving efficiency, or overcoming unexpected challenges, being able to make a positive impact quickly would be invaluable.
