The local Hearing Loss Support Hub is located at:
Independent Living Centre, Hazledine House, Overdale, Central Square, Telford, TF3 4JL

Audiology trained volunteers can help with:

✅ Hearing aid tube changing
✅ Battery collection
✅ Advice on hearing aid care

📅 When: Second Wednesday of every month

Today we're celebrating our fantastic Paramedic Team and recognising the incredible work they do to support patients across our PCN.

Our paramedics provide care for patients with both routine and complex health needs, as well as carrying out urgent home visits for those who are unable to attend the surgery.
