🎶💙 The Forget Me Not Chorus and our wonderful residents have been working incredibly hard to put together a very special concert, and we would love for you to join us.

Music has a unique way of reaching people living with dementia. It can spark cherished memories, lift spirits, bring comfort, and create moments of joy for everyone involved.

Please join us on Wednesday 15th July at 11:30am at Capel Grange Care Home for a heartwarming morning of music. Come along, enjoy the performance, and help us create some fabulous new memories together.

*******SUNDAY 14th JUNE @ 4PM********

🚴‍♂️🎉 The Great British Care Cycle Relay is back for its fourth year!

This fantastic event celebrates the care services that sit at the heart of communities across the UK. The relay is a fully supported group ride, with British Cycling-qualified guides accompanying cyclists along the route. Starting and finishing at care homes, the journey includes visits to several homes where riders can enjoy refreshments and meet some truly inspiring residents and care teams.

We are delighted that Capel Grange will be hosting the start and finish of the Great British Care Cycle Relay 2026 on Sunday 14th June.

Join us from 4:00pm to give the cyclists a warm Capel Grange welcome as they cross the finish line after completing an incredible 91km ride. Your support will help make their achievement even more special!

We look forward to seeing you there and celebrating this wonderful event together. 💙
