A little life & business update 🤍
I’ve reached a point in my life where I’m naturally entering a slower season. 🐢🐌
My husband & I have experienced so many life-changing milestones recently. We’re newly married, we’ve just enjoyed a beautiful honeymoon together, we’ve both started new chapters in our careers, and we’re hoping to follow our dreams of starting a family 🔐💞
As Gav and I think about the future, I know I want to become a mum one day (something I never, ever thought I’d say). Managing PMDD alongside working two jobs has made me realise just how important it is to reduce the pressure I place on myself and prioritise my own wellbeing.
I’ve also realised that you can have lots of dreams. But you can’t always pursue them all at the same time. Sometimes, one dream simply has to wait while another takes centre stage 💭
So, after a lot of reflection, I’ve decided it’s time to step back from my business for a little while.
This isn’t goodbye, and it isn’t forever. I’m simply pressing pause ⏯️
Over the past four & a half years, I’ve never truly switched off. I’ve said I was taking a break, but I still saw my regular clients because I love you all so much! This time, I’m giving myself permission to actually rest.
I have poured so much of myself into my clients, my business, my studies & ultimately my career as a complementary healthcare practitioner and I wouldn’t change a single second of it 🥺
To every person who trusted me with your wellbeing, thank you. I’ll always carry those moments and your trust with me 🙏
Through building this business & supporting other women I’ve learned so much about myself.
I’ve learned that wellbeing is interconnected with every aspect of our lives.
✨Success, to me, is building a life that feels peaceful, meaningful & sustainable✨
A life where my wellbeing doesn’t have to be sacrificed in the pursuit of achievement, but is protected because I’ve finally realised it’s the foundation for everything else.
Because I’ve learned that slowing down isn’t the opposite of success. Sometimes, it’s what makes success possible in the first place.
I’m so grateful & I have been so blessed. Thank you ❤️❤️
