The Glasshouse opticians has been established for over 12 years. We are conveniently located on the high street in Newport, assisting the residents, businesses and surrounding towns with their visual requirements. We provide a comprehensive eye examination and dispensing service for residents in Newport, Wellington, Telford and surrounding area's in Shropshire.
All private and NHS patients are welcome for sight tests including adults & children of all ages. By using the most up-to-date and accurate equipment, each appointment will be individually tailored to meet your optical needs. The Glasshouse Opticians is open 6 days a week with eye tests available three days a week - on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. This allows you to arrange an appointment throughout the week for your sight test and contact lens appointments. Parking is never an issue as there are parking spaces available very close to the practice and we have full disabled access. We pride ourselves on providing expert eye care and a thorough eye examination for you and your family. Our main consultant optometrist Mr Navdeep Kohli BSc (hons) MCOptom, is a caring professional with a wealth of experience in eye health care. He has worked over the last 6 years for both the hospital eye services and private practice. We display a wide range of designer and non-designer frames to suit all adults and children - we are confident that we have a price range for all individuals. Whether you're looking for elegance, minimalistic or fashionable geek chic, we can provide the perfect frame for you! We supply all major contact lens brands and invite all new patients to join our contact lens schemes.
