After 23 years that's a wrap!😭 Just want to say thank you so much for the support and kindness from my girls, the patients and Beechwood surgery over the years. Please be aware we are extremely short staffed at the moment. Please leave it as long as possible before collecting scripts to make sure they are dispensed. We are struggling to answer the phone, many apologies. Please be patient and please be kind. Many thanks.💚

This week has seen a level of demand in pharmacy I've never witnessed in my 25 years qualified. Many thanks for your patience and support over the last week, it's so appreciated. We will continue to open as normal as long as we can but with the 12-2pm closure for lunch as put in place by ABUHB. Thank you for respecting our door policy on limiting the number of people into the shop, this is vitally important to protect yourselves but also the staff, we need to stay well for you. Apologies for the queue this causes outside, we hear some of you were interviewed on TV this afternoon! Please leave collecting your scripts for as long as possible in order for them to be ready on the shelf. We would like to thank you for the chocolates and cream cakes, they certainly keep us going!🍬🍩🧁. Most of all I personally would like to thank my girls😍. Without their efforts this pharmacy couldn't function. They have worked tirelessly this week, worked after hours ( we left after 8pm tonight) , some have given up annual leave, some have called in to make tea, some are working extra tomorrow morning and behind closed doors tomorrow afternoon. All to get through the neverending mountain of scripts coming from the surgeries. I think you are all amazing. Stay well and safe everyone, we are doing are best to be there for you.♥️
