The human body can handle way more than you think. It’s usually the mind that needs convincing first!

We see this a lot in clinic. Patients physically ready to progress, but still mentally guarding an old injury. Rebuilding confidence is just as much a part of rehab as rebuilding strength.

It’s important to us that we don’t just help you overcome the injury, but make sure you’re confident and trust your body again 💪

This is a Countermovement Jump, one of many tests on the VALD ForceDecks. Every test we run captures hard data, things like time to peak power / BM, landing forces, reactive strength index and much, much more. Whether you're rebuilding from injury or chasing optimal performance, data from our ForceDecks can be invaluable.

For injuries, it’s an additional way we like to to ensure a safe, and confident return to sport. For competitive athletes, it's the difference between training hard and training smart, with performance maximised all season long.

Proof that age is just a number. Lucy is one of our favourite stories at RMA! She started running at 50 and structured training in her 70’s and hasn’t looked back since 🙌Her dedication is nothing short of inspirational, and we love being part of her journey!
