I created this bracelet with the summer beaches that surround where I live, in mind, the shells I often pick up as I wander along the shoreline and I have been seeing sea turtles everywhere lately. This is my take on summer healing in crystal form!

🤍 What You Can Expect From A Monthly Circle 🤍

Every first Friday of the Month I hold Sacred Space for 6 ladies to gather together. It is two hours for you to switch off from your regular routine and do something just for you.

What happens:

☕ I open the Circle with a catch up of how everyone has been over the last month over a seasonal tea served in a tea cup and saucer.

📖 I share facts and folklore about the new month with opportunity for all to share their own.

🎨 We spend time being creative, it could be a simple piece of art, making a lantern, flower arranging, potting seeds, there is no pressure for this to be perfect. It's all about trying something new and fun.

🫁 There is a guided meditation with breath work on comfortable beauty couches. This helps your body relax and your mind too.

🙌🏻 I go round to each person and channel the Angelic Reiki flow to you as you lay in your meditation. This is a time for you to connect with your perfect angel and feel the Divine Love flow.

☕ More tea to help ground the energy whilst everyone comes round from the comfortable sleepy state they have been in.

💌 Angel cards are chosen and read out as we bring the Circle to a close.

🙏🏻 Thanks and blessings are given along with a complimentary gift bag.

Do you know what I love most about doing Gua Sha Facials? 💆🏻💆🏻💆🏻

How much I can learn about you from your skin....and your tongue!

At the start of every Gua Sha Facial I carry out a very detailed skin analysis of your whole face and even the underneath of the tongue. I take before and after photos that are for your personal reference to see the visible changes to the face that can be monitored over regular appointments.

After your facial I put together an informative TCM skin analysis which gives meaning to the lines on face, the darkened under eyes, the age spots and even what the colour of the veins under the tongue mean. Every thing that makes up you on the skin has meaning in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I also add in details of TCM methods to improve the areas within your body that might be creating those skin issues.

Everything is connected in the body and our skin being our biggest organ is a huge indicator of what's happening beneath.

Gua Sha Facials are more than just facials with a pretty crystal roller or jade tool to glide across the skin, they are an ancient old way of immune support, pain and tension relief, blood circulation and helping to clear stagnant blood "qi" from the body.

In fact I use a Chinese spoon for alot of my facial work like many other traditional gua Sha practitioner's.

It's a deeply relaxing facial that will help your scalp as well as your face and neck feel tension free. Your skin will have a radiant glow afterwards.

📣 ONCOLOGY MASSAGE THERAPIST 📣

I received this Certificate this week after successfully completing my case studies for Oncology Massage Training.

This training and knowledge is particularly poignant to me as both a therapist and person. Knowing the full effects of cancer and treatment can have on the person going through that journey, my Mum is a breast cancer survivor and I have many close friends and family that have been and still going through that journey.

To be able to offer some supportive therapy that can help reduce stress, calm the nervous system, improve mobility and sleep, whilst reducing the discomfort that treatment and surgery can bring.

I am beyond grateful for Tammie at The Wellness Academy for putting this course together to help therapists feel more confident, informed and ready to work with oncology clients. The theory training was so informative and interesting and has provided me with so much information and understanding of not only cancers, but treatments and the affects they may have on the body.

Both the training and the case studies were humbling and gave me such an insight as a therapist. I would like to thank the lovely people who gave up their time and shared their journeys with me in such a raw and personal way. You are all incredible people.

I shall be adding Oncology Massage/Therapy to my website and am very proud to be able to offer this to anyone that is or has been touched by cancer.

As people age it's common to think ageing means expecting more aches, stiffness, less energy and less mobility.

Reflexology can make a difference and improve overall wellbeing. 

Many of my clients are in their 70's, 80's and even 90s. All still wanting to have an active life, as much as possible.

Four different workshops each provide the opportunity to grow and learn about yourself and others.

Whether you are feeling curious and wishing to learn new ways to bring peace on a whole new level to yourself or have an interest in healing and angels then Level 1&2 is your first stepping stone.

If you thoroughly enjoyed your experience doing the 1&2 and are motivated to learn more, go deeper in cleansing and to initiate the Master energy within, Master 3&4 is the next step.

The Professional Practitioner is aimed at those wishing to pursue a career or to share the Angelic Reiki ® flow on a much wider scale.

Finally for those that have taken each step and wish to now share the tools and love by teaching Angelic Reiki ® this is a step to take next.

Working your way through each level is a journey that will take your mind, body and soul to places you never expected. A journey of commitment, friendship and peace.
