💜 A little bit of the world has found its way to our Newport office! 💜

This month, our Newport Coordinator Niall, had a day full of surprises, receiving thoughtful gifts from near and far, including fridge magnets from Cognac to Land's End! 🧲🌍

Not one to keep the celebrations to himself, Niall also brought in plenty of sweet treats for the team, sharing cookies and madeleines with everyone who popped by the office. 🍪✨

From fridge magnets to friendly faces, Niall always knows how to bring people together. Thank you, Niall, for helping create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere for colleagues, clients and visitors alike. 💜

After a particularly challenging month, we all agreed on one thing... we were going to award it to Claire herself! 🎉

Time and time again, Claire has gone above and beyond, carrying the weight of countless challenges while never losing sight of the people we support. Alongside her role as Registered Manager, she has been coordinating care, recruiting new team members, supervising staff, building valuable partnerships, and supporting everyone around her.

Through it all, she has remained dedicated, compassionate and committed to delivering the very best care and support.

🌊⛵ A wonderful day on the water!

This summer, our service user Stephen headed off on a boating adventure with carer Julia, enjoying the fresh air, open waters, and plenty of great conversation along the way.

Julia shared that they had a fantastic day getting to know each other better and joked that if Stephen ever needs a second mate in the future, she'd be more than happy to join the crew again! 😊

Moments like these are a reminder that care is about so much more than support at home. It's about helping people continue enjoying the hobbies, interests, and experiences that bring them joy.
