ENDOMETRIOSIS AWARENESS MONTH 🎗

Many of you might not know that the ideas, colour schemes and names for my business were all once thoughts scribbled in a notebook during one of many hospital admissions because of endometriosis; a condition I was finally diagnosed with in 2018.

Endometriosis is a full body inflammatory disease, where tissue that is similar to (but not the same as) the uterus grows elsewhere in the body. It has been found on every single organ in the body, and there is currently no cure.

‘EDON’ is in fact an anagram of endo, pronounced the same as ‘eden’, and when the name for my aromatherapy business came to me, it was just perfect.

I’m so proud of this new range of pure oil blends, I just absolutely love them, I think they smell incredible!

I suffer from chronic illness so I have a lot of downtime to research and create these products, I actually worked on the first draft of the label during a hospital admission!

Going back to when I first told some friends I wanted to start a business, they weren’t as supportive as I’d hoped, it was really deflating at the time, but instead of putting me off I use it when making new products. “Stick it to the man” is that a school of rock thing? I feel like it is.

I love them, I’m proud of me, and I did it! 🎉💖
