For a long time I’ve kept my more spiritual side fairly separate from my work.

Many of you know me through therapy, hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, meditation and relaxation. Others know me through crystals, energy work, intuition and the little moments of magic that often find their way into my sessions.

The truth is… both sides are me.

Over the last few months I’ve had more and more people ask for tarot readings. Some have come after a session, some after a Sunday Reset, and some simply because they feel drawn to it.

So I’ve decided to officially offer Tarot Readings.

For me, tarot isn’t about predicting the future or telling you what will happen. It’s a tool for reflection, clarity and insight. Sometimes the cards simply shine a light on what you already know deep down but haven’t quite been able to put into words.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, facing a decision, looking for guidance, or simply curious, a reading can offer a different perspective and space for reflection.

✨ 15 minute mini readings (available after selected group sessions) or as an add on to an existing service

June is Men’s Mental Health Month 🤍

Something many people don’t realise is that around 85% of my clients are men.

Over the last year I’ve sat with men carrying grief they never spoke about, anxiety they thought they had to hide, pressure to keep everyone else going, relationship struggles, trauma, burnout, panic attacks, addiction, loneliness and the weight of trying to be “strong” all the time.

What I’ve learnt is this…

Most men don’t need fixing.
They need a space where they don’t have to perform.
A space where they don’t have to have all the answers.
A space where they can simply put the armour down for a little while.

Whether you’re struggling silently, carrying more than anyone realises, or just feeling exhausted from holding everything together, please know that you don’t have to do it alone.

My therapy room is a judgement-free space.
No pressure.
No expectations.
No need to explain yourself perfectly.

Just a safe space to be human.

Men’s mental health deserves more than a month of awareness.
It deserves conversation, support, understanding and somewhere safe to land.

Sometimes we don’t need more advice.

Sometimes we need release.

So many of us are carrying emotions, stress and experiences that we’ve never truly processed. We learn to cope, push through and keep going… but the body remembers.

Over time this can show up as emotional overwhelm, exhaustion, feeling disconnected from yourself, struggling to switch off, feeling stuck or simply carrying a weight you can’t quite explain.

My Energy Release & Healing sessions are designed to help shift what no longer needs to be carried.

Working across the entire body, I intuitively identify areas that feel heavy, blocked or depleted, helping restore flow while creating a deeply calming experience for both the mind and nervous system.

The session finishes with gentle head work to encourage the final release of tension, helping you leave feeling clearer, lighter and more balanced.

People often arrive to me believing anxiety is the problem.

Or overthinking.

Or low confidence.

Or the inability to switch off.

But those things are rarely the root cause.

They're usually intelligent adaptations.

Responses the mind and body developed to keep us safe.

Because the subconscious mind is extraordinary.

It learns.

It predicts.

It protects.

And if at some point in life it learnt that the world wasn't entirely safe, that love had to be earned, that conflict should be avoided, that perfection prevented criticism or that being ‘good’ kept everyone happy...

It will continue running those programmes long after they're needed.

Not because you're broken.

Because your mind is doing exactly what it was designed to do.

The problem is that many of us are living from patterns created by younger versions of ourselves.

Versions that were simply trying to survive.

My work is about helping people understand those patterns.

Not just intellectually.

But emotionally.

Physiologically.

Subconsciously.

Together we explore the beliefs, experiences and protective strategies that have quietly shaped your life.

The things beneath the anxiety.

Beneath the self-doubt.

Beneath the people-pleasing.

Beneath the feeling that no matter how much you achieve, it's never quite enough.

Because healing isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about shedding what was never truly you.

Like a snake releasing an old skin it has outgrown.

Not because the skin was wrong.

But because it no longer fits.

Again and again I witness the same thing.

People arrive convinced they need fixing.

Then discover they were never broken at all.

They were carrying beliefs, fears, responsibilities and expectations that belonged to old chapters of their lives.

And when those begin to fall away...

Something remarkable happens.

They don't become somebody else.

They become more of themselves.

Calmer.

Stronger.

More authentic.

More free.

That is my work.

Not fixing.

A 4-week immersive nervous system experience by The Calm Collective.

A deeply restorative journey designed to guide you back into your body through grounding, scent, healing touch and sound.

Each week explores a different sensory pathway to calm, helping regulate the nervous system, soften emotional overwhelm and create space to truly slow down.

🌿 WEEK 1 (7/06) — GROUND: Gentle somatic movement, breathwork, grounding rituals & guided relaxation.Think: rooted, steady, present.

🌸 WEEK 2 (14/06) — SCENT: Aromatherapy, sensory calm & deep relaxation.Think: comfort, warmth, emotional release.

tonight felt really special 🌕✨

under the energy of the blue moon, surrounded by both familiar faces and beautiful new ones, something shifted tonight. the sound healing felt powerful in a way i can’t quite put into words yet… the vibrations, the stillness, the deep exhales, the release.

it’s been a tough month for me personally, and honestly… these evenings heal me just as much as they heal the people who walk through the door. there’s something so beautiful about creating a space where people can simply soften, breathe and let go together.

seeing the room tonight… full of members old and new- made me realise this is only the beginning for me with sound healing. i’ve seen now just how powerful sound, frequency and vibration can be for the nervous system, the body and the soul… and i want to offer so much more of it moving forward.

thank you for trusting me, for showing up, and for making these evenings what they are 🤍
