✅ Exfoliate 24 hours before – removes dead skin for an even, longer-lasting glow.
✅ Remove all makeup & perfume – these can cause uneven pigment or skin sensitivity.
✅ Keep skin hydrated – dry skin sheds faster = your tan fades much quicker.
✅ Don’t shower straight after – wait at least 1 hour to let melanin fully develop.

❌ THINGS TO AVOID WITH SUNBEDS

❌ Never use regular oil or moisturiser – they block UV and can damage equipment.
❌ Don’t extend your time – overexposure won’t speed up tanning, it just risks burning.
❌ Skip if you have open cuts or fresh tattoos – UV can irritate or fade them.
