It’s still a big tender to share the photo on the right. It was almost 6 years ago, just before I completely unravelled.

I was actually having an OK day then, I’d just been to the hairdresser’s, that’s why I took the selfie.
But nothing truly felt good.

Years of suppressing various overwhelming experiences were finally catching up with me. By shutting them off I shut off everything else, including any moments of joy, until everything felt flat.

It was only when I started to face the layers of pain that I began to get myself back again, bit by bit.

And this is what I’d like to offer to anyone who feels like they’ve lost the connection to themselves and the world.

TRANSFORM is my new, longer offering comprising of 12 weekly 1:1 sessions, in person or online, followed by 3 additional monthly check ins (which are currently free). A 6 month journey of shadow work and integration to awaken the life force energy within.
