🚨 BIG CHANGES ARE COMING

Some of you will know that finding the right booking system has been a bit of a mission for us.

We wanted something that worked the way our community uses Saunassa, not something that made you fit into someone else’s way of doing things.

So, 5 months ago, we made a decision.

If we couldn’t find it, we’d build it ourselves.

Since then we’ve been designing, testing, tweaking, breaking things, fixing them and asking some of you to put it through its paces too.

The result is a brand new platform, built from scratch for Saunassa.

Here’s what’s coming...

• Flexible credits across different session types

• Simpler memberships

• Guest passes with Everyday and Everyday All Access

• Everyday All Access members can book up to 2 sessions a day

• Member discounts across Saunassa locations

• Integrated gift cards

This is only the first part of what we’ve got planned, so keep an eye out over the next few weeks as we share more.

A massive thank you Mitch, who has built it for us - what a legend 🌟 and to every single person who helped us test the platform. You spotted things we missed, shared brilliant ideas and helped us make it so much better.

Every visit, every familiar face, every first-timer, it means the world to us.

But if you thought we were done... think again 🤫

This is a tough post to make… 🥹

Finding good staff is something we’ve always been blessed with, but Mandy is one of those rare people who makes a place feel brighter just by being in it. 💎✨

Some of you may know, and some may not, that Mandy (or Amanda to the Canadians 🇨🇦) has been training in sales over the past few months. It’s no surprise that as soon as she completed her training, she was snapped up by not one, but TWO companies. 😭

So, with a mix of pride, support, and very heavy hearts, we’re going to be saying goodbye to our lovely Mandy over the next week or so.

Thank you for all the good chats, the towel and silent sauna policing, the laughs, the hugs, the snacks, and most of all, your light. We’re going to miss you so much. 😢 (I’m actually crying while writing this. 😭)

I know we’ll stay friends, and you’d better still come and visit us at least once a week!
