This September we're opening enrolment for our Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioner Training in Newquay.

Whether you're looking for a complete career change, wanting to add new skills to your existing profession, or simply following a calling you've been putting off for years, this course could be exactly what you've been looking for.

The other day I was listening to music from years ago and it made me realise something I often see in my work with women…
At some point in life many of us reach a moment where we pause and realise we’ve spent years caring for others, building careers, raising families and managing responsibilities — and we haven’t always taken time to check in with ourselves.
Who am I now?

What do I want from the next chapter of my life?

Because of this, I’m going to be running a small reflective workshop for women at the Newquay Therapy Centre next month.

✨ Finding Myself Again

It’s simply a gentle space to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself.

During the session we’ll explore things like:
• reflecting on the different chapters of life
• recognising the roles many of us carry (caretaker, people pleaser etc.)
• simple nervous system tools to calm stress and overwhelm
• reconnecting with curiosity and what might come next

This will be a small pilot workshop with just 6 spaces so the group stays relaxed and supportive.

✨A heart-led invitation for therapists ✨

As we move into a new chapter at Newquay Therapy Centre, we’re consciously looking to welcome a small number of professional therapists who already have an established client base and are seeking a more permanent, grounded space to work from.

This isn’t about filling rooms quickly. It’s about finding the right people.

Over time, it’s become clear that the centre works best when therapists feel settled, supported, and able to create consistency for themselves and their clients. With that in mind, our rooms are now being offered on a non-profit basis for the right therapists, with rental costs simply covering expenses. This allows us to offer genuinely fair and accessible rates.

We currently have two rooms available:

✨ A larger room that works beautifully as a consultation space and is also equipped with a massage bed, making it suitable for a range of body-based therapies. The room is fully registered for treatments such as acupuncture and includes wooden flooring and a sink.

✨ A smaller consultation room, warm, cozy, and intimate, ideal for counselling or talking therapies, with two comfortable chairs.
We’re looking for a minimum commitment of two regular slots per week (morning, afternoon, or evening), remaining consistent week to week to support stability for both therapists and clients.

💛 Pricing works out at around £4.40 per hour, paid monthly. While the rates are intentionally accessible, what matters far more to us is commitment, integrity, and alignment. We’re happy to offer excellent value in exchange for therapists who want to settle, grow, and root their work within the centre.

I’m so excited to be offering my signature, Introduction to Human Design Masterclass, at the wonderful Newquay Therapy Centre.

There are 2 dates, one at the weekend and one midweek at 10:30am for 90mins,

All I’m asking is a £5 donation to cover room costs.
