I’ve been reflecting a lot over the last few weeks.

Not because I have answers, but because life has asked so much of me in such a short space of time.

I’ve come to realise that change isn’t usually one big moment. It’s a series of small choices that quietly reshape your life until one day you look around and realise almost everything feels different.

Over the last few of months I’ve said goodbye to dreams, hopes and versions of myself that I genuinely loved and wished would become true… AND, I’ve opened my heart in ways I didn’t know I was ready for. I’ve stepped towards a future I’ve longed for whilst grieving the familiarity of the one I’m leaving behind.

What has surprised me most is that even the changes we pray for can feel unsettling when they arrive.

I think we often expect change to feel empowering, but most often it feels vulnerable.

I’ve spoken a lot about surrender over the years. About trusting life’s wild waters. But this season has shown me that surrender isn’t a beautiful idea. It’s a lived experience. It asks us to loosen our grip on certainty, to feel what we’ve been avoiding, and to make space for something we cannot yet fully see.

I’ve realised that my instinct, when life feels this big, is to search for solid ground.

But perhaps that ground isn’t outside of me… it has always been within me.

I’m still learning that… still remembering that again and again.

I’m still finding my footing… fumbling in the dark. I’m still allowing this new chapter to unfold rather than trying to control it.

A comfort is to feel into the fact that change is the only thing life has ever promised us. We can resist it, fear it or try to hold it back, but eventually it asks each of us the same question:

Can you let go of what was, so you have both hands free to receive what is coming?

I don’t have that answer yet.

But today, I’m choosing to stay open enough to find out. And the people I love and hold most dear have made these changes a beautiful experience ❤️🕊️🫶

The Summer Solstice is often spoken about as a celebration of light.

But I’ve been wondering whether its real gift is illumination.

Not the kind that arrives as certainty. The kind that reveals. The kind that shines into the corners of a life and says “look!”.

Look how far you’ve come.

Look at what you’ve survived.

Look at what has softened.

Look at how you’ve grown.

This year has reminded me that a human heart is far more spacious than we give it credit for.

It can hold grief and joy at the same time.

Longing and contentment.

Heartbreak and expansion.

Exhaustion and wonder.

We often imagine life moving neatly from darkness into light, from challenge into ease.

Nature tells a different story.

The rose blooms beside the thorn.

The caterpillar completely dissolves itself to transform into the butterfly.

The brightest day of the year also marks the moment the light begins its slow return towards darkness.

Nothing is separate. It all belongs side by side.

Perhaps these life lessons are learning how to welcome in all the experiences...To let joy and grief break your heart wide open... To allow yourself to be fully touched by this fragile and fleeting experience of being alive.

Today, as the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, I am thinking about acceptance. Not pretending all is well, not giving up... Simply surrendering to what was, and choosing to see the beauty anyway.

The Solstice asks nothing of us. It does not ask us for huge intentions. It does not ask us to transform or to become more. It only reminds us to stand in the light for a moment and witness. Witness the life that has shaped you... The losses that have carved new, unexpected, exciting and equally terrifying paths... And each time I think I can’t get through this... There is always so much love that remains.

Witness the courage it took to keep going. Witness the person you are today. The light illuminates all of it. Not only the beautiful parts. All of it.

And somehow, when everything is welcomed to the table, there is a profound kind of freedom... That we were never here to be one thing... We were here to be whole and true ❤️‍🔥.

Happy Solstice 🌞🌼🧡

Women’s N**e Sauna

A safe space the be in awe of women in all their forms.

In the work that I do, what an honour it is to witness women at every stage of their lives… some have clear unblemished skin; a blank canvas to write their life’s story… some have scars, stretch marks and wrinkles; a body that is alike to a tapestry of rich story and a life well lived.

All are beautiful. All deserve to be enjoyed, honoured and respected.

Join me monthly where, as women, we’ll have the opportunity to gather, shed old beliefs and celebrate our feminine glory ❤️‍🔥.

With love,
Roxi

There are friendships that feel like they arrive with a quiet kind of inevitability.

The ones that meet you in the in-between spaces. Where laughter spills easily, and tears are never too far behind. Where you don’t have to perform or polish the edges of who you are.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the people who walk beside us through change. The ones who sit with you in uncertainty, who witness your becoming without trying to shape it. The ones who hold your fears with as much care as your dreams.

The friendships that are built not just on lightness, but on truth. On honesty. On choosing to stay open, even when it feels vulnerable. And especially those who remind you to live playfully and joyfully 🪇🥰.

I feel incredibly grateful for the souls in my life who have met me in those deeper places. Who have laughed with me until something softened, who have held space when words weren’t enough, and who continue to grow alongside me.

There is something sacred about creating together, dreaming together, and allowing those connections to evolve naturally, without force.

Today feels like a moment to honour that. And to honour the wonderful woman that is and her journey into this world 💃 HAPPY BIRTHDAY 💫

And to all the beautiful people in my life, the grounded, the wild, the questioning, the curious, the open hearted. Thank you for walking this path with me.

Friendship is a chosen family and is a kind of magic ✨ 🥰

There are some souls you connect with that feel like home 🥰

I have been umming and ahhing about whether to post such personal photos… but in truth, this is me behind the curtain…

I let my hair down.
I dance.
I drink and stay up past my bedtime.
I celebrate life!

All in balance with what feeds my heart and soul… and this is soul food 🥂💃🪩👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩!

Sending truth and love,

Yoga Asana (postures) is a beautiful practice, however, it lacks pull movements.

Over the past 14 weeks I’ve been in pain, not able to get onto my mat and move. I’ve been rehabbing and yesterday was a big moment, getting back in the gym and adding weight to my recovery routine… today, no inflammation, no pain! 💃 so pleased!

If you practice yoga, or push based practices, here’s your reminder to add a day or two of pull movement too to keep your shoulders stable and healthy.

Did you know I run a community yoga class every Wednesday at 6.15pm? Head to my bio to book on, or send me a message if you’d like to join, but can’t afford the outgoing. You’re welcome to join us free of charge. It’s a space to come and be for an hour. To move, to breathe to rest with community.

Head to my bio for more information and to book.

Spring reminds us that nothing remains buried forever.

Seeds are stirring now beneath the soil.
Sap is beginning to rise through the trees.

And somewhere within each of us, something is also beginning to rise.

The moment when life awakens and begins to move again.

She is the green shoot pushing through cold soil.
The pulse of blood returning.
The instinct that says: life is ready to begin.

She is curiosity.
She is possibility.
She is the fertile ground where new life, new ideas, and new ways of being take root.

Every descent carries the possibility of return.

Every underworld journey carries a seed of renewal.

And every woman carries within her the power to become something new.

She is the fertile spark of creation.
The life force that stirs after the long winter.

She is the courage to begin again.

I am grateful for my Sisters and the opportunity to live with joy, with love, with hope and awe.
