🌿 A little update from Tranquil Waters Day Spa 🌿

As a small business, every appointment in my diary matters. Your appointment time is set aside especially for you, and unfortunately, last-minute cancellations can leave spaces that are simply impossible to fill at short notice.

Due to an increasing number of late cancellations, I’ve had to introduce a new cancellation policy, effective immediately.

🤍 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
🤍 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
🤍 Missed appointments/no-shows will also require full payment.

This isn’t something I’ve introduced lightly, but it’s necessary to protect my small business, manage my diary fairly and ensure appointments remain available for clients who are waiting for them.

I completely understand that unexpected things can happen, and I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for the time that has been reserved especially for you.

Firstly, thank you so much for keeping me so busy. Your continued support means the world to my small business. 🤍

Just a quick update for the next few weeks:

✨ I will be on annual leave from 13th July until 7th August.
✨ Late night appointments are now fully booked until the end of August.
✨ Saturday appointments are fully booked until mid-September.
✨ I only have a small number of sporadic appointments remaining before my annual leave.
