‼️ Eligible patients date of birth between 2nd July 2007 to 1st July 2008 will be contacted by text message or letter ‼️

You can book via the link sent by text message or alternatively you can contact the surgery on 028 30260949 to arrange an appointment at our upcoming clinic.

‼️ Individuals born on or after 21st July 2001 who are due to start undergraduate higher education in the UK or Ireland in Autumn 2026 or individuals who will be living in further education accommodation or halls of residence in the Uk or Ireland for FIRST TIME in Autumn 2026 are eligible. Evidence to confirm is required ‼️
