It’s Monday and I have some tips up my sleeve if you’re having a sluggish start to the week!
💧 stay hydrated (it helps with feeling alert). Water, tea, coffee, sugar-free squash all help.
💤 have a good night’s sleep – say goodbye to pre-bedtime distractions.
🥙 enjoy slow-release carbs – I’m talking brown rice, wholewheat pasta and couscous, beans and pulses – they release glucose more gradually and help keep energy levels consistent throughout the day.

AND these will all help you stay on track with your weight loss journey, as the more energy you feel you have, the more on track you’re guaranteed to be.
