Something I’ve been working on behind the scenes at Divine Time Therapies is bringing my facial treatments more fully into the heart of what Divine Time is all about. 🤍

Because for me, a facial isn’t just about cleansing, exfoliating and applying products.

It’s about skin, touch, relaxation and time for yourself.

My Divine Facials combine professional Skinician skincare with soothing facial, head, neck and shoulder massage and holistic techniques — giving you the opportunity to care for your skin while also allowing your whole body to slow down.

1. I don’t try to fix people.
✨I don’t believe anyone needs me to save them.
✨My job isn’t to hand you the answers — it’s to help you get quiet enough to hear your own.
✨I can hold space, offer tools, and walk beside you. But your healing still belongs to you.

2. I don’t drain myself in the name of helping others.
💜I used to think giving more automatically meant I was doing more good. I don’t believe that anymore.
💜Boundaries don’t make me less compassionate. They allow me to show up fully without abandoning myself in the process.
💜I can care deeply about you without carrying you.

3. I don’t pretend healing makes you perfectly healed.
✨I’m human. I have triggers, lessons, grief, frustration and things I’m still working through too.
✨Healing isn’t becoming some permanently peaceful version of yourself.
✨It’s knowing yourself well enough to recognize what’s happening and having the tools to move through it differently.

4. I don’t believe healing only happens on a Reiki table or yoga mat.
💜The breathwork, Reiki, meditation, movement and sound are tools. The real work is what happens when life happens.
💜Can you regulate yourself? Can you listen to your body? Can you trust your intuition? Can you respond differently than you used to? That’s where the work becomes real.

5. I don’t want anyone to need me forever.
✨This might be the biggest one. I don’t want to become the person you believe holds your healing, your answers or your power.
✨I want to teach you enough that one day, whether I’m standing beside you or not, you know how to come back to yourself.

That has always been the point for me.
Not creating people who need a healer.
Creating people who recognize the healer, the strength and the knowing already within themselves.
