This is a FREE 6-week course for people living with:

💫 Chronic pain
💫 Fatigue
💫 Low-level anxiety
💫 Low mood or depression

The course provides a supportive space to explore practical ways of managing your health and wellbeing, connect with others and build confidence for the future.

Millions of women in England are to be offered HPV self-testing kits as the new service rolls out from today.

The kits will be offered to those who haven’t attended cervical screening following previous invitations, providing a discreet and convenient way to test for high-risk HPV at home.
