This week we see the launch of Newton Abbot Bereavement Support group 🤝

at The Courtenay Centre

We are pleased to have been working with Dorothy the founder of the group during the initial planning stages and she is certain to provide a warm welcome and help people feel at ease in a relaxed, respected and supportive environment 🕊️

If you are wondering if this is for you, you can contact Dorothy in advance or just turn up and find out more. We have a few notes here to help;

The group is to help people who have experienced the death of someone important to them. The main purposes are to:

🪽 Provide a safe space to talk about grief and loss.
🪽 Reduce feelings of isolation by connecting with others who have had similar experiences.
🪽 Share coping strategies and practical advice.
🪽 Offer emotional support without judgment.
🪽 Help people adjust to life after a loss.
