Shin Splints.
That nagging pain concentrated in the front of your leg along the tibia, shin splints are usually experienced during & after exercise & when you press on the affected area.
The pain is usually bad enough that running becomes impossible, &then it subsides when you stop running.

β’Lessen impact, Cross-train with a sport that places less impact on your shins, such as swimming, walking or biking. Remember to start new activities slowly. Increase time & intensity gradually.
β’Add strength training to your workout, Exercises to strengthen & stabilize your legs, ankles, hips & core can help prepare your legs to deal with high-impact sports.
