Really pleased at how my clients are progressing this year!

Been blown away by their commitment with constant rep, weight progressions, getting out of their comfort zones, nutritional changes, extra exercise and some huge mindset shifts.

They are all really inspiring and as a coach it makes me very proud! ❤️ every little helps and no matter how small, a win is still a win!!

Keep up the hard work it WILL pay off people. Xx

Please guys just a reminder any sniffles thats not hay-fever or any throat or cough symptoms no matter how little or whether you feel its the start but you feel ok please re arrange your session!

I cannot afford to get ill or pass on to my high risk clients. Its also contraindictive for your health. So please be mindful.

Clients arriving with or seeming to have any symptoms during sessions will be asked to leave.

I make this clear on terms and conditions & constantly politely remind people.

Got the boy in the gym tonight, he wanted to see what his deadlift 1rm was, we started light added n incremented upto 75kg.

Not bad for a 12 year old the rep was a little rounded in the shoulders at the top end but he'd had 4 attempts before the vid and his hands were hurting so ill let him off. 74 would of been a better more comfortable executed rep. Get on my boy! A little set up tweaking and lift start but not a bad attempt.

Prepping and planning = consistency especially with your macros I cooked a sausage gumbo (casserole) yesterday ready to pop in the oven today as I work till 6.

Meaning I get a home cooked dinner full of veggies and fibre its warming and comforting for a crappy ole day and i can eat what i need instead of grabbing fish n chips from the freezer which yes would be more convenient but alot less beneficial.

A full day of great work from everybody!
Macro chats n checks with laura, a v good 1st session for H, impressed!, some shoulder stability for E, core n oblique focus for K and Shirley had bands n ankle weights for lower work today. Nicely done. Xx

A very good solid session from G this afternoon and her first try at tabatas for cardio. Great work output today. Left abit jelly like.

Another full day started with beasting hariet God this woman works hard.
Literally goes for it. So far in a year we are 22kg down bfat down 12% muscle mass, water on the up and bmi down 9%... she looks and feels amazing and can do so much more in her sessions because of it.

My family of 4 are doing great, the kids confidence to try things and keep trying till they get it right is unwavering. Mum n grandma also progressing on their exercises nicely.

Shirley getting stronger so much so 2 of her exercises today she got at least 4 or more extra reps on and is flying past where she got to last time with me in a much shorter time.

And carine is really working hard to push herself completely out of her comfort zone making progress even if she doesn't see it yet. Def stronger than she thinks and she has a plan. She's even enjoying sessions when she didn't think she would and that for me is a win.

Super, super proud of all my clients. Xx

Good start from Eme today on her 1st session, going through some basic movement patterns and started with managing 15 mins on the rower. Nice.

Shirley smashing her triceps session like Christmas break hasn't even happened and krys working really hard and back on track with accountability and tracking.

Fab effort from all.
