September’s Challenge is here! 🌿

This month, we’re challenging you to take a 60-minute screen break every day ideally as part of your bedtime or wind-down routine. 🌙

Put your phone down, switch off the TV and step away from the laptop. Instead, why not try:
📖 Reading a book
🎧 Listening to an audiobook
🧘 Gentle stretching or meditation
☕ Simply taking some quiet time for yourself

Even a little time away from screens can help create a calmer, more relaxing evening routine.
