👓 Signs your glasses might need adjusting

Sometimes it’s not your prescription - your frames may just need a little tweak.

Here are a few signs to look out for:
✔ Sliding down your nose
✔ Sitting unevenly on your face
✔ Feeling tighter behind one ear
✔ Needing to constantly push them back up
✔ Marks on your nose or pressure around your temples
✔ Blurry vision from lenses sitting in the wrong position

This lovely glasses stand was made by our optician's son as a school project.

Complete with engraved K. McGuinness Opticians, it's now proudly displayed in the practice and has become the perfect place to showcase some of our favourite frames.

It's little touches like these that make an independent practice feel like home.
