Lately I’ve felt something shifting; Aura Prana has grown into something so full, so alive, that it’s started to hold two distinct energies within it.

There’s the hands-on massage sessions, such as deep tissue, holistic facials, reflexology, aromatherapy: the grounded, intentional nurture I’ve always loved offering you.

And then there’s something deeper that’s been calling to be its own space: womb healing, yoni steaming, energy work, ceremony and ritual; the practice of coming home to the wild feminine within. Reconnecting to your womb, your cycles, the moon, nature, and that quiet inner knowing our bodies are gently whispering to us but we’re not always tuned to hear.

So — Aura Prana isn’t going anywhere. It stays exactly as it is, doing what it does best. But I’m so honored to introduce her sister space: Wild Her Healing: a home for the feral goddess and the wild feminine in all of us, for womb wisdom, and for learning to truly listen and reconnect to ourselves again, to what makes us sovereign females.

After the inner work I’ve been doing recently; going for healing sessions, connecting to my wild feminine, listening more deeply to my feral self, the cosmos and the messages within astrology, something deep and ancient has been stirring.
What’s has been quietly unfurling beneath the surface is finally ready to be seen. Last night’s solar eclipse feels like a powerful moment of revelation, reflection and a new energy for me. And today’s the day to consciously sow the seeds of something new and trust the journey unfolding before me. Later I’ll do a post to let you all know what that calling is….

An eclipse asks us to consider what is ready to be released. An alignment invites us to consider what is ready to come together. What am I ready to leave behind,

The Lion’s Gate is open, and this year carries a different kind of magical energy.
From July 28th to August 12th, we move through this ancient window, with the peak arriving today on 8/8.
Sirius rises again alongside our Sun, echoing the ancient Egyptian connection with rebirth, renewal and returning to the soul’s true path. On a personal note this seems fitting as I’ve just started offering Egyptian Energy Healing sessions, using the energy of Sekhem;
the ancient Egyptian lioness goddess. Who represents fierce protection, power, healing, courage and the transformative fire of the heart. And this year, Jupiter is moving through Leo, which bringing expansion, courage and a call to step fully into who we are by doing the work and the 3 8’s representing infinite flow.
A reminder that what we nurture within can take root in the world around us.
Then comes the Leo solar eclipse on August 12th; another threshold, another turning of the wheel.
So this Lion’s Gate isn’t about chasing something outside ourselves, it’s about coming home, coming back to the heart and womb and standing in our powerful feminine truth. And as with the cosmic energy of late, letting go of what no longer belongs.
Have courage to be seen in your fully, wild, beautiful light.
The Lions are calling. Not to roar louder but to remember who the f*** you are and stand up to that. 🦁✨
