I designed these sessions to bring you stillness & quiet to shut out the noise and connect with yourself and your baby.

Late summer in the woods

Between the sunbeams and lush greenery Autumn is stirring, a slight change in the air, a few leaves falling on me as we walked

Over the summer at Yoga Witches we’ve been moving dynamically, pushing our bodies a little further, playing with deeper postures during the long nights and heat.

As Mabon approaches it’s time to turn gently back to being guided by the moon as the descent slowly begins again…..

Tonight we move with the energy of the Full Moon. Heart opening postures of release and gratitude 🩷

This was one of my best birthday moments EVER !!
Babies everywhere with frikken party hats on at Post Partum yoga today.

I wish you could to see all the mums in front of me amusing the wee ones, it was hilarious 🤣

I’m celebrating today because I finally finished setting up my new booking site for classes & reflexology

In true ADHD style I started this project in October last year, got to about 84% complete then lost the will. I’m not even embarrassed about 😂 but I am delighted that I finished it today.

Hi to all my followers 👋 and expectant 🤰and nursing 🤱 mums everywhere. After 33 years, and many thousands of mums over two generations, I’ve finally decided that it’s time to hang up my tape measure and move on to the next chapter of life 😔
I will officially retire on October 2nd this year, but I would love to help as many mums as possible before then 😊 Could I ask anyone who is willing to share this post as the countdown begins ⏰ . I’ll be available from now ( except 21st -28th August). Love to you all…..Jo 😊
