Well done Harry 🎉 What deserving winner!!! Have a read of his story and just know that my groups are full of amazing gents just like Harry to help inspire you on your own journey.

Next group this week will be Newton group at the United Reform church on cross lane. We have two sessions at 8am & 10am

Let's hear it for our Man of the Year 2026, Harry 🏆! After losing an amazing 14st 5.5lbs (91.4kg) – more than half his body weight 😱 – he’s completely transformed his life ❤️.

At 25st 6.5lbs (161.7kg), he found his weight affected every part of his life. As a letting agent, he'd sometimes drive to appointments that were just two minutes away on foot because the walk felt too much.

Since joining Slimming World, Harry has made lasting changes with the support of his Consultant and fellow members, including his mum Sarah 🥰. Now he's achieved things he never thought possible, like climbing Snowdon ⛰️.

Looks like an ideal football ⚽️ munch to me 😋 with plenty of speed foods free 🆓 foods and protein and why not save a healthy fibre choice and add some crackers 🙌🏻

More awards flying out in Burtonwood group last night!! New members achieving their 1/2 stone awards….its such a great feeling to get this first award 🥰

Then Lisa achieving both her 1 1/2 stone award and the ultimate Target award 🎉🎉🎉

Lisa you haven’t been with me long but we all couldn’t be happier for you!! The start of your journey was across in Sutton with the lovely Paula who did an amazing job of guiding you through. So when you came to Burtonwood you were a “Food Optimising” queen!!!

Can’t wait to help you through the brilliant Slim for Life programme and watch you continue to shine ✨

Who loves Monday’s? Me…..I do 😍

Because I get to see all the fabulous Burtonwood members, and I can’t wait to see whose hit a target, earned a special award and is just a true inspiration this week!

We also have another superstar in Burtonwood who has qualified for the next stages of the “Diamond Target member of the year” 💎💎💎

Susan we are all so proud of you and we are rooting for you to make the finals!!!!!! Susan has lost over 4 stone, reversed her diabetes and just looks and feels incredible 🥰

8am saw our super star Craig reach his target with an amazing 4stone 6Ibs lost 🎉🤩🙌🏻
Craig you have embraced Slimming World and Food optimising since day one and never stopped. Huge well done and now it’s “Slim for Life” ❤️

Then 10am was a little catch up as our lovely Jan actually earned her 3 stone award last week whilst I was away with Mr Styles 😂 So a belated well done to you Jan!!! You are doing amazing!!!
