Group Classes August to December 2021

Monday 6:00- 7:00 pm - Vinyasa Yoga (Available in studio - £5.50 and online - £4.50)

Saturday 10:00 - 11:00 am - Yoga in the Park - August and September (weather dependent) £6

Saturday 10:00 - 11:00 am - Vinyasa Yoga - October to December (Castle Hill Studio) - £6 - There are a maximum of 4 spaces in this class.

Thursday 7:30 - 8:30 pm - Pregnancy Yoga (from 12 weeks onwards) (NEW CLASS from October) (Castle Hill Studio) - £8 - There are a maximum of 4 spaces in this class.

Just a quick note that there will be no yoga this week Monday (2nd August 2021) and no Saturday part yoga this week Saturday (7th August 2021). Classes will resume on Monday the 9th of August at 6pm.
