Sports Massage by Ellie Soft Tissue Therapy Do you suffer from constant aches and pains? Do you suffer from a specific injury that is causing you problems?

Massage is an effective approach and helps with things such as:
- improving posture
- improving circulation
- relieves muscle tension
- improves flexibility and range of movement
- improves rehabilitation after injury
- overall relieves stress and improves relaxtion

Consultations and objective assessments are carried out prior to the first treatment session, followed by a massage treatment plan and advice of strengthening and stretches to use at home.

I’ve been quiet on here for some time…

2023 I decided to apply for University to complete the BSc Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation degree. All the hard work paid off and I have successfully gained myself a Bachelor of Science with Distinction! 📚 I’ve learned new techniques to incorporate with my massage treatment sessions which I look forward to using with my clients.

My aim now is to build up my CV with a variety of treatments to provide to you all. The most recent course I’ve completed was my Practitioner’s Diploma in Lymphatic Drainage. I’m excited for my next two courses which are Pregnancy Massage and Hot/Cold Stone Massage 🤰🏽

I am still taking appointments on request and will provide an up to date price list in the next coming weeks. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to message and I’ll help where I can! 😊
