Wellness dosnt have to be meditation 🧘‍♀️
If you have a mind that races it can be very hard to get peace that way.
For me I get more mind peace, if I clean a load of doom piles and can sit down in an uncluttered environment.
A clean un cluttered environment ahh bliss 😊
I'm not saying it last long lols 😆
Especially with a family haha 😄
But it's enough to give the mind a rest ###

Well what a day after starting with my wellness post 😞
Stress stress stress 😩 😪 😫 😑
This is the thing though ...
Stress will happen .
What do we do after the stress.
The dinner I planned 😋 home made pizza 🍕
Made the dough .... got a bit of stress out .
Dough has to rise for an hour 🙌 no problem let's fit in a little dog walk.
Even if you step on a twig and the other end pokes into your toe .... making it bleed .
Never mind .
I've gotton home and now I can bake some soul food lots of carby goodness 😋 ###
