I’m afraid I’ve had to raise my prices a little due to materials and fuel costs increasing.
(Apparently I’m still cheap)😆
After many deliberations I have finally put together a new treatment list and added a few new therapies.
All treatments (apart from the standard massage) must be booked in advance. This allows for extra times between clients and enables you to gain the full benefit of the treatments.
Party bookings are available so please feel free to contact me to discuss your options.

I have the great privilege of being able to offer a new therapy to my already busy list 😁.
*Warm Bamboo Massage.*
The bamboo sticks are warmed in a bag and applied to the body using short and long deep strokes to relax and stretch the muscles releasing built up tension.
If you like a deep massage then this is a great treatment to try.
I have been testing it on my regular clients to give a sample to gain feedback.
Warm Bamboo Massage is a luxury treatment but also targets the deeper muscles to reduce neck and shoulder tension along with a deeper stretch on the legs.

Prior notice is needed as they need heating in advance.

Wow. 11 years ago I did my 1st talk to a group about the different therapies and their benefits. Amelia had been watching me practice and decided she wanted ago 😍. She was only 4 yrs old. I’m trying to get to take over my business when I get to frail 😜 but having none of it .

The last day of my run with Age Cymru Powys. We’ve covered some miles all over Powys since August.
Also presented with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers as a thank you for following them. I feel very much part of this team and they are a fantastic support to carers in Powys. These wellbeing days are vital to the fabulous carers and they so enjoy them. Hopefully I will get invited back next year 😜😜
