Starting, in Inverness, Esmee Gummer will be running to every city in the UK and Dublin to host a 5k club for all you locals.

You can join her in your closest city on the dates below.
The days she is not hosting a 5k club, will be the days she running in between the cities and some of them are up to 200km apart!

We really hope to see you there

Kath's Holistic Therapies is now closed for 2 weeks summer holiday.

Thank you all for your support throughout the year, it truly means the world to me.

Have a lovely couple of weeks and I will see you all soon.

I reopen on Tuesday 4th August.

So today had my inspection for a Special Procedure Licence, all passed and will now be adding Acupuncture to my list of treatments on offer.

I have some very big thank yous to make to everyone who has supported me and helped me along this, sometimes stressful journey!

To my husband,Karl Toozer a huge thank you as my main supporter, technical advisor and the man who made it all work, he also makes a great guinea pig and let me stick needles in him too, without his input and extremely hard work and late nights this wouldn't have happened ❤️

A very big thank you to Glanhafren for the support and to the Market Hall Manager Harry Evans especially, your support, advice and help in this process has been fantastic, thank you doesn't seem enough.

Thank you also to my lovely clients who have endured months of refurbishment work while still having treatments, thank you for your patience and acceptance.

Good morning to you all.
Just wanted to touch base about the weather and the red warnings in place til tomorrow evening. We are in the amber zone but still it is going to be extremely hot 🔥 🥵
My room isnt air conditioned and I am doing my best to keep it as cool as humanly possible, however; if I get to a point where it is unbearable I will let you know with as much notice as I can give. If you would rather reschedule appointment to avoid going out in the heat then please let me know.
Stay safe , keep cool, drink plenty of water and take precautions when out in the sun.

Good morning.
As the Market Hall has been closed due to Health and Safety reasons, all remaining appointments are cancelled today.
I will rearrange all appointments as soon as I possibly can.

Well that's it for 2025.
I would like to thank each and every one of you that has continued to support Kath's Holistic Therapies throughout the year.
I cannot thank you all enough,your support means the world to me.

I wish you all a Very Happy Christmas and a Happy, Healthy New Year.

As we are rapidly approaching Christmas all appointments are now fully booked. However; I do have a cancellation list running for any appointments that may become available, some at at short notice, if you would like to be added to this list please let me know.
All other planned appointments will now be in the New Year 2026.
