Did you know there was a spa on the Stenaline??? I didn’t 🫣 until I was asked to visit and potentially take up a shift or two there as a therapist 🥰 I’m happy to say I loved it today!! And will be returning weekly to this gorgeous space ☺️

Come along to my monthly meditation circle ✨

July's Focus: Mid-Summer Stillness & Reset Meditation circle with Megan ✨️

July often brings high summer energy, busy schedules, and long days. This hour-long circle is designed as a grounding container to pause, turn inward, and find an anchor of calm in the middle of the month.

The session is structured to help you transition smoothly from your busy day into a deep state of relaxation:
Thursday 16th July
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
We gather in the circle, open the space, and briefly introduce the mindfulness theme for the month followed by guided Meditation, a gentle, vocal-led practice focusing on breathwork (pranayama) and full-body relaxation to settle the nervous system and a few minutes of quiet stillness to absorb the practice, followed by a gentle closing of the circle.

What to Bring: Please wear comfortable, loose clothing. If you prefer your own specialized cushions, eye masks, or a favorite blanket, feel free to bring them along to make your nest as comfortable as possible as you will be lying on the floor.

We look forward to sharing the space and sitting in community with you next Thursday night!

✨ Qualified Massage Therapist (Essential)
✨ Reflexology Training (A wonderful bonus!)

Hours & Flexibility:
We believe in a healthy work-life balance, which is why we offer a flexible work schedule. However, to meet our clients' needs, it would be great if you could cover:

📅 1 to 2 weeknights per week.
📅 1 to 2 Saturdays and/or Sundays per month.
