A little lip enhancement can make such a difference… without making you look “done”.

This patient wanted her lips to look fuller, more defined and beautifully balanced, whilst still looking like her.

The goal wasn’t to create a completely different lip — it was to enhance what was already there.

I love results like this because they’re subtle enough that people may not know you’ve had anything done… they just notice that you look amazing.

Lip filler correction & refinement

Sometimes the best lip filler result starts with dissolving what’s already there.

This lovely patient came to me with previous lip filler that had migrated above the natural lip border. Rather than adding more filler to an already compromised area, we made the decision to dissolve the existing product and allow the lips to settle.

Two weeks later, we reassessed and carefully rebuilt the lips using approximately 0.7ml of Belotero Balance, focusing on restoring shape, definition and a beautiful, natural-looking balance.

The goal was never to create bigger lips — it was to create better proportion, definition and harmony.

✨ Building gradually rather than overfilling

A reminder that sometimes less really is more — and that good aesthetic practice is about knowing when to dissolve, when to wait, and when to refill.

A little reminder for any new injector feeling like they’re falling behind!

When I first entered the industry, I was told I needed to post every day, grow my following and create content constantly because that was what would bring me patients.

And yes, social media is important — but I quickly realised it wasn’t the whole picture.

The majority of my patients now come through word of mouth, recommendations and existing patients trusting me enough to recommend me to someone else.

So please don’t look at someone else’s followers, likes or “fully booked” stories and assume they’re doing better than you.

You’re only seeing a tiny snapshot of their business.

Build your clinic around your patients, your standards, your results and your clinical skills.

Your goal shouldn’t be to look successful on Instagram.

Your goal should be to build a clinic your patients trust, return to and recommend.

Stay in your lane. Keep learning. Look after your patients.

Your journey doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s.

Not every consultation needs to end with a treatment.

This is exactly why I love consultations.

For me, aesthetics has never been about how much we can do — it’s about understanding what you actually want, what will genuinely benefit you, and sometimes telling you that you don’t need a treatment at all.
