Would you like to become part of the Big Beechvale Family?

We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Administrator to join our team at Beechvale Nursing Home.

🕒 Hours
• Wednesday: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
• Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

💷 Pay
£14.17 per hour

Main duties include:
✔ Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
✔ General administration using Microsoft Word and other office systems.
✔ Assisting the nursing team with scanning, printing and filing.
✔ Preparing admission packs and staff induction packs.
✔ Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the home.

From this… to this! 💦🌿

After days of hard work (and plenty of mud! 🤣), we’ve completely transformed our pond. Now comes the easy part… waiting patiently for it to fill!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped along the way – staff, residents, relatives and all our supporters. We can’t wait to reveal the finished result once the water is in and the pond comes back to life! 🐸 🪷💙

💦 Another hard day’s work in the pond! 💦

Progress is slow, but we’re getting there! Thanks to one very helpful relative, we even got the loan of a mud hoover… who knew such a thing existed?! 🤣

A huge thank you to everyone who kept us going today – Claire for the ice lollies, Ana and Diana for the iced coffees, and to all of our staff, relatives and residents who stopped by to cheer us on. Your support has kept us smiling (even if we’re covered in mud!).

💦 Our pond and waterfall transformation is nearly complete! 💦

Richard, Kathie and Filipe spent all day yesterday bringing it back to life, with plenty of encouragement and support from our wonderful staff, visitor’s and residents along the way.

A special thank you to Ana and Tracy for keeping us all hydrated throughout the day! We can’t wait to show you the finished result soon 💚💚💚
