Super proud of my amazing Dad who completed yet another very successful charity ride a couple of weeks ago, this year in aid of the East Anglian Air Ambulance. He was supported by his lovely ambulance service crew who followed him every step of the way on the day. I was very honoured to join him for part of his ride for his home stint from Ely to Kings Lynn. He rode 186 miles in total in one day. My hero ❤️💛

Some top tips to avoiding injury when training!!🤩 This is from both personal experience and knowledge gained as a Sports Therapist & Physio student. Everyone is different and will require some element of trial and error to work out what YOU and YOUR body need, but there are definitely some important fundamental components when considering training/recovery quality and quantity! Hopefully I have managed to get these across 🫡

Sunny Hunny Tri was soo much fun (even if it was in fact not very sunny & instead gale force winds and arctic temps)!! Somehow managed 1st in age cat and 4th female & improved on last years time, despite a slower than expected run due to various issues as always😂 but I do love a challenge 🤝🏽

Amazing day at VF ladies day yesterday🩵 My first ever 100 miles? Completed it mate✅ So proud of myself and all of the other ladies who participated. It was a tough one in the wind and heat but we got it done and enjoyed it nevertheless! Big thank you to and everyone involved for making it so spectacular!👏🏽☺️
