๐ World Su***de Prevention Day - 10th September ๐
You don't have to have the answers. You just need to start the conversation.
Today is a reminder that sometimes the person who looks like they are coping is the person who is struggling the most.
A text
A phone call
The offer of a coffee
A simple "Are you okay?"
Those small actions can matter more than we realise.
If you're struggling, feeling hopeless, or having thoughts about su***de, please don't face it alone. Talking to someone can be the first step towards getting through the moment.
And if you're worried about someone else, don't be afraid to ask them directly. You won't make things worse by showing that you care.
