24 years ago today, two beautiful angels were taken from us in a horrific double murder that shook the nation to its very core.

They will never be forgotten.

Rest in peace, Holly and Jessica. ❤️

Recent news from Hull has understandably raised concerns about the care and standards families should expect from a funeral director.

Lincoln & County Family Funeral Directors said “We are truly shocked that this has happened to these families. Words can never be found or express the complete devastation caused to families in Hull who have had their trust in a funeral director broken in such a way. It is impossible to imagine what they have been through.”

At Lincoln & County Family Funeral Directors, we are proud to be qualified National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD). We are regularly inspected and voluntarily regulated by the Local Authority.

We hope these safeguards offer added reassurance that families can trust us as a family service and their loved ones will be treated with the care, dignity and respect that we personally would expect for our own family members and that everyone so rightly deserved.

We have had an amazing week with Amber-Jade, she has become part of our team, always happy and willing to get on with any task she has been given, we are all so proud of how amazing she has been, it looks like she is definitely ready to follow in her mum and Dad's footsteps.

At Lincoln and County we believe that death should not be something we hide, it should not be something that others are afraid of, so we are proud and happy to Welcome our first ever School work experience student Amber-Jade Korver.
Lets hope she has an amazing week with us and follows in her Mum and Dad's footsteps and becomes one of our next generation of Funeral Directors.

Across funeral homes, crematoria, mortuaries and suppliers, women are playing a bigger role than ever. Arranging services, leading teams, caring for families and shaping the future of the profession.

We see it every day in our own business too.

From the ladies in our factory building coffins with real craftsmanship, to the women in our customer service team supporting funeral directors across the country, they are a huge part of what keeps everything moving.

Professional. Skilled. Dedicated.

The funeral industry is stronger because of them.
