Do you love, or work with an autistic person but need more help in supporting them?

We’re commissioned by the NHS to offer free, online coaching sessions through Autism Central.

These sessions are delivered by our trained and supervised peer guides with lived or family experience.

Our sessions offer a safe space to reflect on how to support your autistic loved one's wellbeing, family life and practical guidance, helping you feel heard, connected and navigate services.

Anyone living in England and supporting an autistic person of any age is eligible. Up to 10 sessions can be booked.

Join Sunflowers and Inspire Therapeutic Services for a unique Mindfulness and Reiki experience with Horses, where you'll have the opportunity to relax, be present and enjoy the calming energy of being around horses in a peaceful outdoor setting.

This session combines guided mindfulness practices with the gentle healing benefits of Reiki, creating a space to reduce stress, restore balance and enhance wellbeing. You will experience deep relaxation, emotional release and energetic balance.

Equine Facilitated Learning and Therapeutic Mentoring/Coaching.
I work with children and young people using gentle, horseled activities to unlock growth that traditional settings often miss. Through carefully guided interactions with horses, I help young people develop confidence, emotional regulation, communication skills, and resilience in a calm, nonjudgmental environment. Sessions are tailored to each child’s needs and paced to build trust, selfawareness, and practical coping strategies that transfer into school, home, and friendships.
Horses respond honestly and in the moment, giving immediate, meaningful feedback that helps young people practise boundaries, leadership, and empathy. My approach blends structured learning goals with creative, handson experiences so progress is visible, measurable, and empowering. Families and professionals often see improvements in selfesteem, focus, and social connection after just a few sessions.

Summer update

*Summer*

Our little update. We hope you’ve all had a great summer. We have been decorating at the land and giving the horses some time out. We also managed a trip away to Cornwall which was great.

We are looking forward to welcoming our clients back at the start of term and have some new things to offer and some additional funding on its way for subsidizing equine sessions. We are hoping to encourage more boys and men here for equine coaching/mentoring.

You Matter Too.

Sunflowers is inviting expressions of interest for a new pilot support group for people who are supporting someone living with suicidal thoughts or feelings.

When someone you care about is experiencing suicidality, it can feel frightening, isolating and exhausting. So often, supporters become the “hidden sufferers”, carrying so much emotionally and practically, while having very little space for themselves.

This monthly in-person group will offer a safe, supportive space focused on your wellbeing, your feelings and your experiences as a supporter. It is not a group for the person you are supporting, and it is not a crisis or su***de prevention service.

The group will take place on the second Thursday of every month at 7pm

To help us keep the group safe and supportive, places are limited to one person per family. There will also be a short intake process so we can make sure the group is the right support at the right time. Completing the expression of interest form does not guarantee a space.

We know how much love, worry and responsibility can sit behind supporting someone through suicidality. This group is here to gently hold space for you, too.

We are so excited to offer our monthly boys and girls groups. Jon and I both experienced in leading groups with young people and we are now able to offer groups that include ;

🌿Nature based craft and activities

An opportunity to come together with other young people in the community in a beautiful setting. We are overlooked by The Tyndale Monument , with a mini orchard , meadows and a joining woodland.

These groups can really help with connection, communication and self-confidence.
