We waited until the court case was complete before commenting and our thoughts remain with all the families affected. No sentence can undo the pain they’ve suffered.

This case involved one individual whose deliberate actions have damaged trust in our profession. It does not reflect the standards of the many caring, professional funeral directors who work with dignity and compassion every day.

We had the honour and privilege of carrying out a military funeral at the magnificent Norwich Cathedral.

With members of the Corporals' Battalion in attendance, family, friends, and comrades came together to pay their respects and celebrate a life of dedicated service. The ceremony reflected the values of duty, loyalty, and sacrifice that define our Armed Forces.

The service concluded with a moving gun salute, providing a fitting and dignified farewell to a soldier whose service will never be forgotten.

It was a privilege to play our part in ensuring a final farewell worthy of their commitment and sacrifice.

This wonderful initiative, in partnership with The Healing Harbour Charity, Cromer Crematorium provides schools with age appropriate books to help children understand grief, express their emotions, and feel supported.

Yesterday we said goodbye to an ex-lorry driver who took his final journey in true style.

It was a wonderful service celebrating the life of a much-loved gentleman, with family and friends coming together to share memories and pay their respects.

It was an honour to help him on his last journey.
