Goal setting and plans are often what my ladies are seeking in understanding their hormonal brains and bodies at whatever age of their reproductive lifespan my coaching qualification and womens health knowledge enable this . Do i practice what i preach yes at times so I set myself a daily walking goal and what a beautiful morning before i head to the day job 😌
