Zoetic Therapy with Dr Bianca Finger-Berry I am an accredited EMDR practitioner and psychotherapeutic counsellor and offer EMDR, counselling and outdoor therapy to children, young people and adults.

I work in North Walsham and online. As a social pedagogue, social worker, educator and therapist I am concerned with holistic learning, wellbeing and happiness, empowerment and relationships. I believe in the importance of being with others and forming relationships, being in the presence and focussing on initiating learning processes, being authentic and genuine, using one’s own personality, and

about being there in a supportive, empowering manner. I use EMDR in therapy with my clients, a highly structured approach that will teach you to access your inner strengths and resources and to safely process the difficulties you are experiencing, such as anxiety, post-traumatic stress, negative beliefs about yourself, etc.

I had a rewarding day at the North Walsham Well-being Day, talking with young and old about the importance of recognizing the good things in your life as well as seeking support when needed. We talked about why children and young people may be in need of counselling and how sometimes it's hard to find people who listen without judgement and jumping straight into offering advice. I have a feeling that one or two will be back in touch to see if I can support them on their journey to better well-being by offering counselling and EMDR therapy.

Now the days get darker there isn't as much time to take therapy outdoors. I am very lucky though to be using the creative arts as well as my drums. If you don't always like talking about your experiences, there are lots of creative ways for expression.
