Although fertility is a huge part of my work, I also have a special interest in mental health and anxiety. It’s actually what first led me to acupuncture after experiencing panic attacks myself at 18.

I love using acupuncture to help calm and regulate the nervous system, and with this client I also incorporated Luo vessel treatments to support the emotional impact of past experiences and long-held stress.

The idea 💭 The process 🌿 The result 🤍

Every fertility journey starts with a conversation — understanding where you are, what your body needs, and how acupuncture can support the path ahead ✨ From there, it’s steady, intentional treatment 🪡 And then, the moment that makes it all worth it 👶

This is what we do here. One story of many 🌱

If you’re navigating IVF or trying to conceive and want support alongside your treatment, I’d love to talk it through with you 💬

If you’ve ever had a treatment with me, you’ll know how much I love looking at your tongue 👀 but did you know I’m reading your face too?

Here’s a little glimpse into TCM face mapping 🗺️

🌙 Dark circles → kidneys, our deep energy reserves
🌿 Forehead → bladder & small intestine
🍃 Between the brows → liver
👁️ Under the eyes → stomach
❤️ Cheeks → heart & lungs
🌸 Chin → reproductive system

Every little sign on your face is your body quietly talking to you and it’s one more reason I’m always looking a little closer, even before we begin ✨

So next time you’re on the treatment table, don’t be surprised if I’m studying your face as much as your tongue 😉

Exhausted? Let’s talk about Qi. ☀️

Summer is associated with the Fire element in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It’s a season of warmth, activity, connection and expansion. But if your Qi is already running low, all of that “doing” can leave you feeling completely drained.

Signs your Qi may need some support:
• Feeling tired even after sleeping
• Afternoon energy crashes
• Brain fog
• Shortness of breath on exertion
• Feeling overwhelmed by everyday tasks

A few simple ways to support your Qi this season:
✨ Prioritise regular meals over skipping them.
✨ Stay hydrated, especially in warmer weather.
✨ Gentle movement is often more nourishing than pushing through exhaustion.
✨ Build in moments of rest without feeling guilty.

From a TCM perspective, acupuncture aims to support the smooth flow of Qi and help restore balance, especially when stress, poor sleep or a busy lifestyle have left you feeling depleted.

Have you noticed your energy dip recently?

Struggling to conceive? 🤍

Sometimes everything comes back as “normal”…
but you just know something isn’t quite right.

This is where looking a little deeper can make all the difference.

For some, that might mean exploring things like the uterine microbiome, s***m health, or additional testing - especially with recurrent miscarriage or failed IVF cycles.

I’m linked in with a number of trusted consultants and can guide you towards the right investigations, so you’re not left trying to figure it all out alone.

Alongside this, acupuncture works to regulate your cycle, support hormone balance, improve blood flow to the uterus, and calm the nervous system - creating a more supportive environment for implantation and pregnancy.

A more personalised, joined-up approach… because your story deserves more than “everything looks fine.”
