📣RECEPTION NOTICE - 27th July 2026📣
Due to staff absences today, there may be a longer wait when calling the surgery due to fewer members of reception and support staff available. Please have patience with our Care Navigation team while they work through this pressured time.
If you have any routine requests which are not urgent for today, such as vaccination booking, test results, medication reviews etc, please can we politely ask that you call the surgery next week between the hours of 8am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday, to help reduce the wait time on the 'phones for patients who need more urgent medical assistance.
The services that will be affected due to staff absences are booking appointments, test results, general enquiries, online consultations and our call back facility.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, however we appreciate your patience while we continue to provide our patients with medical services.

📆NHS App Drop-In Session, 2pm Tuesday 11th August 2026📆

Northallerton Library are running a drop-in session at Mayford House Surgery to help people get set-up with the NHS App. It will take place from 2pm on Tuesday 11th August 2026.

🗓️🎓Closed for Training - 24th June 🗓️🎓

The surgery will be closed from 12 noon on Wednesday 24th June and will re-open at 8am on Thursday 25th June.

If you require any emergency treatment, please attend the UTC at the Friarage Hospital, if it is life threatening, call 999.

You can continue to call the surgery for NHS111 guidance while the surgery is closed.
