We don't expect people to diagnose themselves or know which profession they need before getting in touch.

A new way we're helping our patients get back to exercise 💪

We’re really pleased to have partnered with our local leisure centres through a council-backed Healthy Wellbeing Scheme, giving us another option for patients who may benefit from support getting back into regular exercise.

One of the challenges we often see in clinic is the gap between somebody feeling better following treatment and actually having the confidence to return to exercise independently.

This new partnership means that, where appropriate, our practitioners can refer patients into the scheme and help make that transition a little easier.

For us, good healthcare isn't just about what happens during an appointment. We want to help people become stronger, more active and more confident managing their own health in the longer term.

One of our Clinic Directors and Osteopaths, Jo Waterworth, is taking on a slightly mad challenge for charity! 🏊‍♀️

Every year Jo sets herself a challenge to raise money, and this year she's joining a team completing a 24-hour relay swim.

And yes… that means getting into a lake and swimming in the dark! 🌙

Jo is raising money for Level Water, which gives children with disabilities the opportunity to learn to swim.

🔑 One year later... we've finally got the keys.

It's hard to put into words just how much this moment means to us.

After almost 12 months of surveys, solicitors, paperwork, unexpected delays and more than a few stressful moments, we can finally say that the building at Easingwold Osteopaths is officially ours.

This isn't just the purchase of a building.
It's a commitment to Easingwold and the surrounding areas.

It means we can finally start planning the future of the clinic and continue investing in healthcare for our local community.

To everyone who has supported us throughout this journey, our patients, families and team - thank you.

We're incredibly excited about what comes next and trust us, there's plenty more to share.
