Hand recovery update
A little follow-up from my thumb joint replacement recovery.
Alongside the usual rehabilitation guidance, rest and gentle movement, I’ve been keeping BEMER as a focal point of my daily routine.
I’m continuing to use the B.Bed whilst sleeping and the B.Body twice a day for eight minutes, just as I normally do. I’ve also added the B.Spot applicator treatments 1/2/3 times a day.
At this stage, the aim is not to rush the process. It is about creating a consistent routine, giving the hand time to settle and supporting my wider recovery while I gradually regain movement and function.
The B.Spot is particularly useful when integrated with a tripod and a adjustable arm, which allows it to be positioned without placing pressure on the operated area — important while the hand is still bandaged and sensitive.
Recovery after surgery is rarely about one single intervention. For me, it is the combination of medical care, rehabilitation, movement, rest and small daily habits that matters.
Still early days, but progress continues.
Move Better. Live More.
