🙋🏻‍♀️ Have you heard about Low dye taping?

In this reel, the patient is suffering with pain under their left 5th toe due to a Tailor’s bunion. Adrianne is using a technique where low dye tape is applied in layers to give support and take some pressure away from the site of pain. It can be a helpful addition alongside other treatments and is often used for temporary relief. Patients can reapply fresh low dye tape at home every few days, replicating the same pattern for continued relief 🤩

If you watch closely, you may be able to see the difference in the left foot from the beginning of the reel to the end 👣
