Did you know that as children grow into adolescence/adulthood they experience rapid growth and hormonal changes- causing growth pains.

This young man is a sports player in boxing, football and running 🏃

But his legs was causing so much pain he couldn’t do any of the hobbies he loves 🥺

After a detailed massage focused on quads and hamstrings! He felt like he could sprint!

Please note Im happy to treat under 16’s with a parent or guardian present during treatment.

I discount treatment for minors at £20.
